We worked with Ashley Park to purchase our new home. She is highly knowledgeable in her field and the area. She gave great advice, and had a sixth sense of knowing what kind of offer the other agent, sellers may want. Her advice was based on knowledge without emotion, which is what is needed when purchasing during this emotional time in the market. I don't think she sleeps, as she often was working very late at night to complete documents and make sure things were correct. She is one of the hardest working people I know. She was also great at pushing the lending company when they weren't living up to the stands one expects. I would recommend Ashley Park to everyone!

Woa! After living 15 years in an apartment, I thought to buy a home and move out. My landlord owns and operates several apartments, I asked him if he can refer me to a good agent. He referred me to Mike and Melissa Brownell, Plum & Co Realtors. After that search for my new home begun. They sent me updated listings of properties in the market which fits my requirement and budget on daily bases. I have looked at dozens of properties mostly with Melissa. She is very knowledge able in her profession and honest. While we go to see properties, she tells me "this needs to be fixed, that need to be changed" and gets all the information from HOA schedule or how much I will have to spent. Melissa tells me every time "no hurry, we will keep looking till you find a home you like" so no pressure from agent and did a great job for me from showing homes, making offer and closing!!!! is also ready to help any time.

The day my husband and I decided to sell our home in Millcreek, we used Josh Plumb from Plumb & Co as our Realtor. Josh was extremely helpful! He gave us his opinions on changes we could make to make our money's worth out of our home. After making a few changes we had our house sold. We were actually give an offer before our house was placed in the market. It was an unbelievable experience on how quickly we received an offer!

Josh continued/continues helping us. My husband and I had decided that we would build our next home. Josh helped us fine a few builders in the area we wanted. All though we are having issues with the builder we decided to go through, Josh has been there to for us by contacting the builder with our issues we have been having with them. Josh as gone out of his way to make sure we have a good experience with the builders and for us not to be taken advantage of. We appreciate him so much and don't know how we could thank him for all his effort and help we continue getting from him. All I can say is thanks Plumb & Co for having realtors that are so helpful.

Great experience buying our first home with Plumb and Co. Melissa is very professional, attentive to detail and very easy to work with.  As first time home buyers and newcomers to SLC, Melissa provided us with the information needed to buy the home we wanted. Even in this fast market, we ended getting our dream starter home in a great part of town below asking price. I would suggest to anyone to use Plumb and Co for their real estate needs.
