Jeff Wells has 40 years of experience in the real estate business, from full-time broker to seller and buyer agent. Having earned the highest credentialed level of Certified Resident Specialist (CRS), Jeff offers a variety of services to his clients, including activity reports on properties, competitive market analysis, local newspaper advertising, and the best price negotiation. His memberships include the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, Wasatch Front Multiple Listing Service, Utah Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors
