Melissa grew up in the Salt Lake Valley and the nuances of our neighborhoods are second nature to her. Since 2010 she has been working as a full-time Salt Lake City Realtor and putting these understandings into practice. It is her goal to ensure that her Sellers benefit from both the value of their homes and also their neighborhoods. She also endeavors to find the areas that best suit her Buyers' personalities, needs, and budgets. She fully believes this is a great place to live and has so much fun sharing it with each of her clients.
Moving can be one of the most stressful times in life. It is her goal to alleviate that stress as much as possible by handling the details and making the process fun.
Beyond the fun, she also gets results. Throughout her career she has sold her clients' listings at an average of 98% of their asking price at an average of 43 days on the market. That beats the Salt Lake County average of 85% of list price and 82 days.
When not working Melissa enjoys novels, movies, puzzles, video games, hiking, running, crafts, and the occasional Netflix marathon. She is an unapologetic, self-declared nerd. She also enjoys pending time with her nieces and nephews whenever possible. She lives in the Avenues with her husband, son, and myriad pets.
